What to Wear:

A CSA approved helmet, a neck guard, shin pads (short soccer style) and gloves are mandatory and a skater will not be allowed on the ice without them. Knee and elbow pads, and shatter proof eyewear, can enhance a skater’s experience on the ice but are not required for training sessions.

Layered clothing is encouraged. It can get cold on the ice when the skaters are listening to the coaching staff and can get warm when they are skating.
