We ended our skating season, prematurely, on March 13th and I trust that by now everyone has settled into their ‘new’ routines…
While this situation endures, it is important to take care of one’s mental health. And there are many different ways to do that; by exercising, eating well, catching an afternoon nap, reaching out to family and/or friends, having some me-time alone, reading or watching that movie or TV show you have been putting off. Whichever you choose, embrace and enjoy it.
Make good use of the down time we have been given, enjoy the warm days of summer whenever they arrive and stay well. I remain hopeful that I will see all back on the ice in September.
